This Privacy Policy explains how Ace Consulting Partners Inc., d/b/a Ace Partners (“Ace Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit acepartners.net (the “Site”), submit an inquiry, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site or submitting information, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Ace Partners provides alternative business financing and merchant cash advance (“MCA”) brokerage services, and in some cases funds directly. We connect business owners seeking working capital with lenders and funding sources in our network. Except where we act as the direct funder, we are not a lender and do not decide whether you are approved or on what terms; those decisions belong to the lenders and funding sources.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, address, industry, time in business, revenue, funding amount requested, bank and financial information, and anything else you submit.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and visit times, gathered through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
Information from third parties: data we receive from lead sources, advertising partners, and data providers, which we may combine with information we collect directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries and provide our services; transmit your information to lenders and funding sources so they can evaluate and contact you; contact you by phone, text/SMS, and email; operate and improve the Site and our marketing; verify identity and prevent fraud; and comply with law.
4. How We Share Your Information
Sharing your information is central to our service. We share it with:
- lenders and funding sources in our network, and their agents and service providers;
- marketing and advertising partners and, where permitted, lead purchasers, who may contact you about products or services;
- service providers who support our operations (hosting, storage, analytics, communications, support);
- affiliates under common ownership;
- parties to a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of our business; and
- authorities and others as needed to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect rights and safety.
Under some state privacy laws, our sharing with lenders, marketing partners, and lead purchasers may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See Section 9.
5. Calls, Texts, and Email
When you submit your information and provide the consent shown on our forms, you authorize Ace Partners and its marketing partners to contact you at the number and email you provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text/SMS messages, and by electronic communications. Your consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan or any financing. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link to opt out of marketing emails.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising, including on platforms such as Meta. You can control cookies through your browser and opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). Disabling cookies may affect how the Site works.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Financial Information
To the extent we collect nonpublic personal financial information in connection with a financing request, we handle it consistent with applicable financial privacy laws and limit access to those who need it to provide the services you requested or as permitted by law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar state laws, including the right to access, delete, or correct your personal information; opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent.
10. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to sites operated by lenders, partners, or others. This Privacy Policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is for business owners and other adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
